Refund policy

Note

We can't offer returns/ exchanges for wrongly sized items currently, we can only offer a refund to wrongly sized items after a return is made. Damaged or missing items are always refunded after review.

Please take a video while opening your parcels/package if possible. Any claims of defective / damage /missing item / wrong item without proof will not be prioritised. We always check the products before we ship.

 

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Returns

We accept returns, please return items to return address provided, a refund will be given after a return of the item has been made. We offer a refund for any damaged or missing items.

 

Refunds

Please email us about refunds at bonny.online.help@gmail.com or DM us via Instagram as this will be a faster way for us to respond. We only accept refunds if a product is faulty or broken, however proof is needed, (pictures and videos of the product). A refund is only given after clear proof is given.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24h of evaluation.

 

Late / Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please double check your bank account / contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is visible in your account, due to factors that we can't control (bank processing times, etc.).

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 days since we'd issued it, please contact us at bonny.online.help@gmail.com.

 

Exchanges

We can't offer exchanges for damaged items, we only offer refunds if an item is damaged.
You have 24 hours after you received it to apply for a damage refund if you're eligible.
After that, we can't be sure you didn't damage it yourself and an exchange won't be possible anymore.

Please send us some pictures that reflect the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bonny.online.help@gmail.com and send your item.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
