Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide to all major countries.
Cheap shipping rates - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.

 

What are your shipping and processing times?

Shipping time varies by location and can often be faster then expected. These are our estimates:

UK: 2 - 4 weeks
USA: 2 - 4 weeks
Canada, Europe: 2 - 4 weeks
Australia: 2 - 4 weeks
Oceania: 2 - 4 weeks
Latin America: 3 - 4 weeks

(Different items may arrive at different times due to manufacturing locations)

 

I didn't receive my order, what shall I do?

Please contact our support team at bonny.online.help@gmail.com, quoting your order number from the confirmation email / SMS message. Will help track down your order. 

 

Processing Time & Shipping Time

Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different to shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.
Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch.

 

Cancelling An Order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an DM us on Instagram or email at bonny.online.help@gmail.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

 

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

 

Custom / Duty Fees

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

 

Seperate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

- Certain items may be on backorder.
- In order to ensure products arrive as quickly as possible.
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.
- Different manufacturer/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses in order to make shipping times as efficient as possible.)
